        Nice little neighborhood and a great community but Dixie downs aka the surrounding area is pretty much as ghetto as st.george has to offer but dont feel like I'm trying to deter anyone it's not as bad as wut it sounds like it's a really nice 55+ community very clean and close to stores an 24 gas station near and close to instacare among other favorable necessities
