I found out my Travelers Homeowner policy had increased $400.00 so I called Mike Ford's State Farm office for a quote. Not only did I get better coverage but the premium was significantly less. Thanks to Grace's professionalism and pleasant manner the whole process was painless. I switched all my insurance needs to State Farm. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Mike Ford Insurance!

Mike Ford and his office ladies have been nothing but exceptional when it comes to my insurance needs. The price I pay is very competitive, but knowing the coverage I have covers all my needs keeps my mind at ease in the unfortunate event of needing insurance occurs. Thank you Mike and Team.

Very friendly and wonderful down home atmosphere at this office. Grace was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. It's so nice to have an office with real people instead of dealing with automated customer service. I'm very happy and glad I made the change. Thank you.

Mr. Mike Ford personally is great! He is very professional, kind and takes the time to help patrons find the right fit.
Weve also worked with Amy and Erika who both went out of their way to assist with our varied asset coverage. Unfortunately, these sweet ladies are no longer with the company.
Grace on the other hand has more than once been incredibly curt. She has made it very clear that she does not have the time or desire to help us locate the right solutions.
We have always been treated very well by State Farm even though there have been a number of accidents over the years.
However, this last issue has challenged our confidence.
We simply do not have the time to waste. We require a policy/agency willing to help us meet our needs.
If your insurance needs are simple, a vehicle, home or condo. You should have no trouble. If you have something other than these, we suggest not wasting your time here.
