Our dealings with Ogden Flooring were very satisfactory. They were on time and had a large selection of flooring. Although their pricing was a little higher than others we felt it was worth it to deal with a reputable company.

I would not recommend Ogden flooring. Jill was extremely rude a few times and tried to charge me more. The cabinet maker had to come back 3 times because of mistakes and doors were missing and were not finished this should not happen. The granite man returned twice forgot a piece. Floor-man came twice did not bring a threshold. The process took much longer than it should have. I had to live out of my home. In the beginning everything was not explained properly and the workers told me this happens all the time customers complain to them. I must say most of the workman were great but needed me to watch everything because of mistakes. I would never recommend the cabinet maker. I also suggested Jill stop by to see the problems she never took the time. Poor customer service.
