Painted Pony Restaurant

We visited this restaurant for the first time and what a quaint place! The restaurant has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We ordered the beat and goat cheese salad to start and when it was not only fabulous tasting but beautifully plated! We ordered the bacon wrapped halibut and lamb for our entrees. Both were absolutely delicious! I also tasted the chicken dish and it was also delicious. Wow! What a pleasant experience! Cant wait to visit again.

Every time we commute through St. George / we always grab dinner here. A solid performer, it is consistently good. Best in class in St. George : Highly recommend.

One of my favorite restaurants of all time! Whenever Im in St. George, its a plan to go to the painted pony for at least one meal! I dont think they even know who I am but Ive been coming here for years and years! The food is yummy. This time I had the Spanish dip with a fresh green salad with shoestring green apples and the pony old-fashioned cocktail is perfect. Really good like grass fed beef. Their cocktails are fabulous and their wine list is great! Plus, its a beautiful atmosphere with quiet classics playing and lovely ambience and art on the walls! I highly recommend the painted pony. Ask for Nate!

All around, the best restaurant in the United States. I am 100% serious. I've been to restaurants around the country, some of the very best, this is consistently perfect for portion sizes, quality, originality, etc. Michelin stars have become a joke for price and portion size as well as abstracting the dining experience. Pony has remained authentic yet very satisfying.

Very good meal and service! Cocktails were good, beer salad and entrees were very good. Carrot jalapeo soup could have been spicier.
