Nevertheless, we got a replacement car which we didn't want to refuse anymore. Vehicle only cleaned very limited, lots of sticky and very nasty spots on the steering wheel or on the plastic parts you come in contact with. Windshield dirty inside and out, dirt under the seats. Dennoch haben wir einen Ersatzwagen bekommen den wir dann auch nicht mehr ablehnen wollten. Fahrzeug nir sehr begrenzt gereinigt, viele klebrige und sehr eklige Stellen am Lenkrad oder an den Kunststoffteilen zu denen man Kontakt hat. Frontscheibe innen und auen schmutzig, Dreck unter den Sitzen. Das schlimmste allerdings war eine extrem stinkende Klimaanlage. Wir haben also geputzt, desinfiziert und Duftspender fr die Lftung gekauft.

I have to rent a car every year for 3 weeks so I pay a good amount of money to do this - I was stoked to find a place with such a convenient location, however, I will never rent with this location again. The guy at the front desk was so rude to not only me but to every other customer that came in, he was incredibly unprofessional. He seemed annoyed at any question I asked (he sighed or rolled his eyes throughout the ENTIRE interaction) and gave one word answers that explained nothing.. He literally seemed to hate people so I'm not sure why he is the one working with the customers.. The car was definitely not cleaned before my rental as we found crumbs and marks all over the seats as well as empty bottles under the seats. I could honestly get passed the cleanliness because I understand that mistakes happen, but I can't get passed the awful customer service.

I had a terrible experience earlier today when renting a car with a rude associate named Jaron. He was very short with me, answered no questions, sighed everytime I would ask a question, and was overall just a very rude person. If this is the type of people working at this establishment I will be sure to make sure neither myself nor anyone I speak to goes here in the future. Very unprofessional and dirty company.
