        Called to talk about an issue I was having with a 2019 cougar trailer. Furnace quit working and have done some research and apparently there are some recalls for this particular system. The guy on the phone told me I would have to pay for labor and parts. I said well it's still covered under warranty why would I have to pay for that. Then he said well and hung up on me. Definitely dont recommend this place if they are going to act like that.
