Farmers Insurance - Gregory Craft

Greg and his team have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful to work with. They were able to provide me with better coverage than my previous insurance provider, and made the process of changing insurance providers easy and painless. I am so grateful I switched insurance providers and know I am in good hands. They run their business by the golden rule, treat others as you would like to be treated. They never tried to up-sell me policies I didn't need and work tirelessly to provide the coverage I wanted while keeping my best interest in mind. I 100% recommend Greg and his highly competent team!! They will have my business for life!!

I just switched over to Farmers Insurance. Morgan Parker helped me set up my home owners and auto insurance. He did a fantastic job and went out if his way to help me. I had a ton of questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he found out and got back to me very quickly. He also ran different numbers for me, so I could get a personalized quote for my needs. I would definitely would reccomend him to my friends. My only complaint is that I didn't know I would need to download the farmers signal app to get the discount to match the quote price. It is pretty easy to get the discount though. It just needs to record 10 driving trips, but I'm not sure if I have to do it again when I renew in 6 months. I would still give Morgan Parker 5 stars though because he did a great job at explaining everything else and helping me through the process! The auto cost was comparable with Allstate, but I get much more coverage, and I saved hundreds with my home owners with more coverage!

I don't usually write reviews but I just had to leave a comment about Greg and his AMAZING team! They will have my business forever! My previous insurance provider wasn't covering me with things I thought I was being covered for. Greg and his team realized this problem and worked quickly to get me the coverage we wanted. They are honest and caring and treated me like family constantly ensuring I was satisfied. They made an otherwise painful/stressful situation much easier and painless. I do and will continue to recommend Greg and his team for any and all of your insurance needs!!
