Woodmere Homes

I built with woodmere homes during the peak of the material shortages covid in Utah, and the peak of complete real estate insanity. I also shopped around with other builders and eventually settled on woodmere homes. And with all of the crazy stuff going on I couldn't ask for an overall better experience. Sure there were delays, and large ones with that but when I really recognize what matters, I didn't get nickel and dimed like many larger builders, Josh was easy to work with and give me exactly what I wanted, I'm on a nice quiet small cul-de-sac with a well built home exactly to the spec that I wanted. I know currently he's building some spec homes because the market chaos but when things go back to some normal if you need a custom home builder this is where you go if you want a fair deal for quality home just as you want it. If I had to guess, I save no less than $50,000 compared to going with Richmond or DR Horton and when I think of one of the biggest considerations for home buying that's definitely one of them
