I was skeptical at first about the options they had to purchase my house and if they would be able to actually purchase my house within the week as they said they could but everything was done in a timely manner and I was very happy with the offer I got and the options that were shown to me. I picked the option that they said most of the sellers picked that they purchased houses from and my house was purchased the same day! Everything happened very fast as I was told it would. They handled all the paperwork and they did everything much faster than I expected from the initial conversation, to them evaluating my house and them purchasing my house... Amazing, I am so happy I contacted Ultimate Estates!!

I was losing my house in foreclosure and felt like there was no hope but then i found Ultimate Estates and they did an amazing job and were very easy to work with. I didn't have time to wait and knew that listing my house with a realtor would take at least 2 to 3 months to sell my house at the soonest by the time a realtor could find a buyer and they were able to get financing. Ultimate Estates was very knowledgeable about the market and bought our home in 3 days at a good price. Thank you saving us.
