From the beginning when I went in to purchase my appliances. I had to beg an associate for assistance.
I went to Lowes in Riverton to purchase an appliance package. Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, and dishwasher. I knew the brand and the models I wanted prior to going in. I had taken the time to previously research since this was a big purchase.
Jeremy the sales associate in appliances was very annoyed to assist me.Jeremy appeared to be annoyed that I didn't have a one minute question he could answer so that I would hurry and go away.
I promised Jeremy, I 'd be quick that I wouldn't take much of his time.
I only needed him to write up my sales ticket so I could purchase the package.
Jeremy rushed through the entire process making it very uncomfortable. Jeremy didn't know what accessories the oven came with. He referred me to another appliance store. Turns out the oven came with the accessory and I didn't need to make the additional purchase.I felt the entire time I was inconveniencing Jeremy. I left the store feeling awful. Jeremy spoke down to me. I was treated as if I were a second class citizen. I felt belittled.
The appliances arrived with all sorts of issues. The oven was dented, the fridge was dented while being installed. The fridge is uncomfortably loud. I have attached a photo of how bad the installers dented the fridge. I emailed Eric their managers the same picture and have had no response.
I have spoken to Eric who is a Manager that hasn't been responsive. This was a big purchase for me. The entire experience has left me feeling regretful. I should have felt excited about my purchase. I will never walk into another Lowe's store again.
