Like to take my cars to Dennys auto, great service always

Made an appointment for 8 am on Feb 11for an oil change because I purchased their lifetime oil change package and have used Dennys auto for years and years. I made the appointment a week prior because I had the day off and they aren’t open on Saturdays. I was told they were open for any time that day and it would take about an hour so I scheduled it for 8 am known that w had to be on the road by 10:30 for an appointment at 11. The morning of the 11th my husband followed me at 5:15 to drop me off at home before he headed to work. Had to make arrangements for someone to take me back to get my vehicle at 10 . I called at 9:30 just to verify it was ready, I was told they hadn’t gotten to it yet and when I said I made the appointment for 8 he said that just get you in the line. First I specifically asked how long it would take and then made the appointment accordingly. This is not okay for a simple oil change this is why I am giving them a 1 star. I would have given them a 5 star years ago but a few issues have risen since they turned ownership over to their kids and I would only give them a 2.5 star now Service: Oil change

Fast and friendly service. Mom and pop feel. Not the cheapest shop around but definitely the best quality.
