        The office staff sent me a copy of my insurance stating I was covered for my next cleaning. However after my cleaning I was charged for this and I questioned this and later emailed the office but no reply.I called the office and was told it was my responsibility to verify with my insurance and not to rely on what this office tells you. I feel this is a very unfair and unprofessional way to run a business.
