From their quick response to any question I had, to their proactive work on my behalf, to their knowledge of the market and spot-on advice regarding selling a home, to their willingness to go above and beyond for their clients (including helping me, as a single mom, take care of my yard so it looked great when listed and showing to potential buyers) to their care and concern for my family beyond our real estate transaction, I could not have been happier or more impressed! I've bought and sold several homes in Utah and other states, and the Murphy-Barth Team was by far the best real estate experience I've had. I wouldn't consider selling (or buying) with anyone else.

Paul was really great to work with and gave us accurate and specific advice on how to compete and make a winning offer in this market. Paul coordinated with and developed a successful relationship as well with the seller’s agent to help us have our offer accepted and picked over other offers. His diligence and communication helped us win the house we wanted even when the sellers had made an official counter to a different offer, later changing their minds to go with ours. We were the top two choices on all houses we made offers on due to his advice and willingness to provide us with what would make us competitive. We only had to make a few offers before getting our new home while we have had friends/family complain or tell us of people making many many more offers without success. They supported us through the whole process of buying and closing as well. We are grateful for their support and guidance.
