We have had nothing but great experiences with Campus Estate and Lori for the 7ish months we’ve lived here so far. Lori has helped us quickly with any issues we’ve had.

Lori has been managing my property for 10.5 years, and I just signed the paperwork today to sell it (she was also my realtor). She has been a wonderful property manager, and I have only missed a rental deposit maybe once or twice the whole time. She has been quick to find tenants, and all of them but one have been high, high quality. Not only is she a great property manager, but she is a friend as well. I highly recommend her!

I am very dissapointed in this renter. Lori at first was a nice sweet lady. However after two years of renting when I decided to leave and find her a tenant to replace me with was extremely rude and ignorant. She hung up on me talked over me and continued to threaten me with small claims court. She never did take care of issues in a timely manner which I ignored just giving her the benefit of the doubt but after she treated me awful and I brought her lack of follow through up she got even more belligerent with me. I would not recommend renting from this agency.

I write this from a Realtor's perspective, from working with her from across the table representing a seller across from her buyer. I will never work with Lori again. If she brings me a buyer to purchase a home I have listed, I will recommend that my client avoid it at all costs. Lori plays the nice-old-lady routine quite well, but the moment that you challenge her in any capacity, she resorts quickly to rudeness, pettiness, and yelling. She insulted my intelligence on more than one occasion while pressing for completely unreasonable things that are not grounded in reality. While i do believe that she wanted the sale to go through, I believe that her behavior, and lack of thorough understanding of the industry as it stands today, caused her to hijack and self-sabotage the process along the way. All of this despite my very best efforts to be polite, understanding and flexible. And lastly, and most dis-concertedly, she resorted to dishonesty from time to time. When confronted with it, she would deny it, and again insult my intelligence with passive-aggressive remarks and other tactics to push the blame off of herself. I do hope that whoever decides to work with Lori will pay very close attention to her workings and assertions that she makes in the process of your business with her. Record everything from documentation to conversations that you have. She changed her story at least 3 times with me, and my documentation of our conversations allowed me to sniff out the lies.

The worst experience of my life. I never really complained about this place because it was cheap and I needed to move fast. There wasnt an official showing of the place and the tenants were surprised to see us. She just showed up and was like " let us see the place " . It had a weird smell and the sink was kind of rusted and the blinds were and is still a mess. I was told that the walls would be painted, They weren't. Was told that the carpet would be cleaned, It wasn't. It was still dirt in places. Lori's memory is leaving and this place needs to be under new management and they need a new handy man. They need to learn to give 24 hr notices before entering. I'm not going to speak on what she did recently because of how unprofessional it was and I don't give a damn if she knows who is writing this or not. This place was falling apart before I moved in here and now she wants to point fingers instead of doing her damn job.No sweetie. This place was a trip beforehand, You just need a better prescription for those glasses. Dont worry. I wont press charges on you and the other person for the false allegations.
