I would highly recommend this restaurant! I went there for the first time today and man will I say my appetite has been FOUND at the Foundry. The Mac n Cheese was super yummy and the Dirty Fries were to die for. The strawberry lemonade  was also delicious. I loved the ambience and the cozy calmness of the restas well. 10 out of 10 in my book!!

The ambiance here is breathtaking. It's actually the star attraction. This place is beautiful. I was lucky enough to come when snow was present and the mountains were covered with a perfect white layer of snow. It was beautiful. The food by far was some of the best dishes I'd ever tasted. The hamburger was fresh. The meat tasted unprocessed. As if someone was back there catching the food and cooking it. It was something I'd never experienced before. Our waitress Lexie was superb. Super friendly and efficient. We had a fairly large party and she handled us with care. The Caesar salad was something out of this world. Something so simple was made with such precision. I didn't think a salad could move me the way this one did. The Brussels sprouts were . Them thangs was thangin, okay! I could have eating those all day. The Mac and cheese. Sweet lord. Amazing. I didn't try the jack fruit but from the looks of my coworkers plate.. it was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's elegant yet simple. I felt almost as if I was taken away while I experience the divine deliciousness that this food provided me. Chef kiss to everything. This place is off the charts. A definite must visit whenever you are in Utah. I can't say enough of how much I enjoyed this experience. unforgettable

This is our Sunday family brunch go to! Whether during Summer or Winter, its always a gem of restaurant/day trip outing!!! Its a must-go. FYI, the brunch buffet is only on Sundays with a last reservation time at 2pm I think. Also, making a reservation is a must. Its a real gamble you get a table without calling ahead.
