Just go with a builder who will build something that doesn't fall apart. Get ready to have the upstairs Furnace go out quickly because they choose a cheap one that is way too small Tonnage-wise, and in addition to the furnace going out within the first 8 months, the Hot water heater, and if you go with the Chef's Kitchen, buckle up for the oven issues. I can't even list the myriad of things done cheaply, from peeling exterior paint, to unpainted wall patching, and cheap stuff that wears out. We do appreciate the modern styling, 9 foot ceilings, huge sliding glass doors, and beautiful kitchen, as at a glance the homes look GREAT, but your money will be better spent elsewhere. My clients and I looked at several homes and builders in the area before they chose to build with Century Communities. Their homes have had the largest bedrooms and closet spaces compared to other builders/communities at the best prices. Several upgrades are standard which you wont find with every builder. Models show excellent quality. As an agent, I have worked with several different builders and their representatives and am presently working with Brett at Century Communities. He has been great to work with! Hes not a pushy salesman, rather patient and is great about communication. I will update my review near the end of my clients build and overall experience but so far these guys are my favorite builder to work with and have the nicest homes at a fair price. Update: my clients moved into their home last January. Century Communities was great to work with through the entire process! My clients are happy months after moving in so I am happy! Thank you Brett and Century Communities!
