To make a long story short, I have never experienced better customer service at a floral shop than I have with Best Buds Floral, and specifically with Kathrine (I believe she is the owner). Not only was she super willing to create an very unique/specific/complicated order, she delivered an order that we placed HERSELF and in person because of delivery complications. She definitely went above and beyond for us. Not to mention she does great work. Highly recommended.

They can design beautiful flowers on short notice. The corsages and boutonnieres are beautiful with a lot of options!!!

I used Best Buds for my wedding flowers (my bouquet, flower girl baskets, cake topper, corsages and boutonnieres) two weeks ago, based upon the recommendation of a family member who was married earlier in the year. I live out of town and so ordered everything over the phone. The owner was wonderful - very patient and helpful. I had to trust her since I would just be coming in to pick up the finished products. The flowers were PERFECT - elegant, high quality and arranged so beautifully. I could not have asked for anything better. She added some green beads on very thin wire woven into my bouquet and the effect was just great - a modern, stylish touch without being obtrusive. The flowers lasted a long time also. I highly recommend this shop!

They didnt have my order ready when they said they would, were not very friendly, had poor quality flowers, and overcharged for their product.
