STANDARD OPTICAL CO

This place does good work for their customers but they are SO SLOW. I came her with my kids when there was no other customers and it still took them 2 hours just to get the right lenses for my kid’s glasses. The glasses work great and they do repairs for free, but those 2 hours of waiting in the store felt like an eternity.

Payton (the optician/recpetionist) was SOOO nice. I forgot my insurance information, but she was able to find it and apply it! The eye doctor was very personable and funny, and I felt like I was in and out pretty fast, which is great for someone with a busy schedule.

So I actually was meaning to go to a different glasses store and stumbled into Standard Optical by mistake. But, I am glad for this particular mistake of mine. I was helped by the manager. She’s clearly very hard working and gave me great service, while running an understaffed store. She was very kind and respectful and did her best to get me the best deal she could. I would recommend getting your glasses here.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Lewis and Payton treated us well. There were three of us (me and my two daughters). Dr. Lewis is great. Payton took the time to get the best glasses/contacts package for each one of us. Happy to be a customer.
