The most incredible experience leading up to receiving our babies! Jill and her team were so professional and responsive when it came to any questions or concerns before the pups were born. After the birth we received weekly updates on all the pups. We were specific on what traits we were looking for in our dogs and we were matched up perfectly with the two best puppies for us. Our dogs are more perfect than we could have ever imagined! They are so well behaved and train so easily, we are over the moon with our entire journey so far and Im so grateful that after doing our research we landed on Del Cono Sur, I am so confident and happy I can hardly articulate what an amazing experience we had with Jill and Steve. Thank you so much for all the hard work and for providing us with such beautiful high quality German Shepherd dogs!

Very good looking dogs. Based on the website the dogs seem to be very healthy and the breeding seems very strict and professional. That being said, the customer service seems fair, at best, or even poor. The lady that took my call seemed friendly enough to reluctantly answer a few not-so-very-prodding questions, and honest enough to let me know that her first concern was competition and protecting the quality of her own dogs blood line. Although I do understand the skepticism when it comes to local competition and concern over animal abuse, I would recommend carefully articulating the conversation to avoid being met with critic remarks such as: "I suggest you do your research," "I would recommend finding a low budget dog on KSL" and "Do you even know what the 4 most common diseases found in German Shepherds are?" I do appreciate her willingness to answer a few basic questions but would not turn to her for answers again as I felt harshly judged upon. Respectfully I will not be purchasing from Del Cono Sur.
