Mark fixed my laptop very short notice and extremely fast! Before I took it to him it would take an hour for a website to open and sounded like it was going to blow up! Now it opens things instantly, has virus protection, and you can’t even hear it running! Great service, and very helpful!

Mark is the absolute best! I've tried other local businesses for data recovery and difficult computer issues, but never been completely satisfied, even after a lot of patience on my part. Mark is extremely responsive, professional, personable, and offers a great value for the service he provides. He will be my go-to guy from now on and I will readily recommend him to everyone.

My wife's 2021 MacBook Air had an unfortunate run-in with ramen broth. Fearing the worst, we turned it off immediately and hung it upside down to dry. We looked all around for anyone who would service Macs with water damage, but neither Apple nor Best Buy nor any other big store would even look at it. Finally, we stumbled across Mark, and he worked magic. While we didn't have any expectations, necessarily, that the computer would perfectly recover (the trackpad was having some serious problems), we were so relieved to finally have found someone who would at least take a look at it and try their best. Thanks to Mark's work, the trackpad is up and running again, and he charged a very reasonable price for the repair. We will definitely be coming back in the future with any problems that arise.
