Been waiting 4 months for a print that I paid extra for fast delivery. Had a response in September that it was going to be sent the next day - still nothing and no more response. I'm about to report him to the FTC as I'm clearly not alone with this horrid experience.

Wish I would have checked here before ordering from him. Sounds like he's doing the same thing now as he was in Nov '18. Ordered a book from him, never recieved it, and now he's giving me the runaround. His website looks very professional, just dont expect to receive what you payed for.

Super sad to write this review....I love his work...Really wanted the pictures. Iordered framed autographed prints from him 1 year ago next week, but for some reason I cannot get any response. Once in May or June he answered his phone and was great and said he'd get it taken care of right away but here I am still waiting. I am out $600 unless I can figure out a way to get him to respond or maybe go the small claims route. :-( Signed Ivan Moody, and some Signed Shinedown...bummer.

I did eventually get my order. He shipped it 3 weeks after it was supposed to arrive. His work is phenomenal, he is an amazing photographer. A bit more honesty would go a long way. Don't want to be bothered with having to ship things right away, don't offer priority shipping options. If you don't to be bothered with going to your shop every day to mail things out, state it on your website. If you ordered something, and he says he will look into tracking info, it means he hasn't shipped it yet. Stay on him and you will eventually get your product.

For the Canvas Print. His prints look great but I have not received any contact since placing my order 2 moths ago. I have emailed multiple time. My friend is having worse luck still waiting from 6 MONTHS AGO.
