Places good food for the customer. Restaurant is clean.

Super busy. So its understandable that food was forgotten but I really hate it when that happens. Food we did get was tasty and hot. Super fresh.

Not very good I'm sure glad I had a coupon because I wouldn't go there any other way the big one burrito was just ehh too much rice and refried beans and hardly any meat and the meat tasted like it had texturized vegetable protein in it and believe me I know what that tastes like I grew up on it. Besides that the burrito was cold I mean who wants to pay for a cold burrito.

I would literally give this taco time a negative 0 if I could. Ive been there a couple Times now, the first time our food was completely cold after waiting for 20 minutes we called and told them, but I they were too busy closing to worry about out customer complaint. This last time we went a couple days ago, I ordered online, thinking it would be faster to get out food. We ended up not getting half our food, and when I called back to inquire about the missing food, she told me Id have to wait till the end of the night because they had a missing food list, and theyd have to wait till then to see what was on it. I asked for my money back, and she said she didnt know how to do that that I would have to go through the website. i had asked her how to to about that, and she literally had no clue as how to direct me to do that. (Granted this was a "MANAGER" i was speaking to. They need to educate their managers on their website and how to properly customer service people. i love taco time, but i absolutely hate the one in payson. everything about it was terrible. on top of that i tipped them thinking they would do a good job, and they completely failed. make sure you dont tip them because apparently, thqt makes no differenc either!

The only thing right that happened was not messing up my order, which they never have. I pulled up to the drive thru, 6 cars ahead of me but no biggie, only 3 before the kiosk. I thought it would be fairly quick, get home and feed my kids after a long day, I couldn't have been more wrong. The following endeavor took place between 6:30 and 7:30pm. After 20 minutes and we moved 1 car I was sadly stuck, the way their drive thru works there is a point of no return, your blocked and committed, regardless of desire. Another 15 minutes and I got to the board to order. My wife called, asking if I was okay. I jokingly told her, I sure hope I make it home before 7:30, ha ha. Well 7:25 rolls around and I get to the window paid for my food and well the sitting yet again began. Fortunately, it was only another 5 minutes before I got my food and was able to escape. I literally watched the first hour of The Patriot sitting in this line ... with ONLY 6 cars. I will not be purchasing here again. On the bright side, if there were only 1 car you would probably only need to wait for 15 - 20 or so minutes, so there is that.
