Lespri

Total dump & the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. We rented a condo in the Red Pines through Lespri Park City - first they didnt give us directions or a clear understanding of where it was, the address took us to the golf course. The code for the door didnt work, it took them 30 mins to get us the new code & the key pad wasnt working correctly which we later found out the batteries were dying & did die - locking us out for over 2 hours - they didnt answer the phone, respond to emails, nothing - we entered through a window we left open because theres no AC & it was super hot and stuffy. We left them several messages & we have still not heard back. The hot water smelled like rotten eggs - there were dirty dishes in the cupboards & dirty clothes in the condo. Lights were burnt out, electrical outlets didnt work. It was old and felt nasty. We left early because we could not stay there any longer. We still have not heard back from them.

We stayed at their Hyatt Centric 3 bedroom units 3A,4B and 5C. Upon arrival we found men's clothing on the master bedroom floor and notified Lespri that the units were not cleaned very well and their response was that the units were cleaned. Additionally the Patios were caked in Dirt and you could not sit out on any of them. The third bedrooms A/C did not work and the room was 80 degrees at night. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. Lastly the units are in major need of upgrading. It is all original furniture from when it was built in early 2000's but a lot of the pieces there look like they are from the early 80's. The bedspreads were very old and musty which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in knowing how poorly the place was cleaned before our arrival. You will enjoy the golf magazines that are there for your enjoyment if you are really interested in knowing what was happening in 2004. yes they were from 2004. We only stayed there two nights. There was no greeting upon arrival, no baggage help, very very limited parking, no cleaning service and Lespri responses were very muted. They must give killer deals to their property owners to manage their homes because they provide no service to those that stay at their properties. There are quite a few new properties right in the same vicinity I would recommend trying the loft at park city, the new Pendry when it opens up or Apex. I would recommend avoiding Lespri managed properties based on my experience of this stay.
