Couldnt recommend 24 hr flood more. My husband was out of town and they helped with everything they were supposed to, but also went above and beyond to keep things calm in what could have been an even more stressful situation. Side note: we have close friends who run a similar company in Arizona. After talking with them about what happened, it was nice to see that 24 hr flood, and the AZ company were both aligned on what needed to happen. Thank you sooo much!! I can't say enough good things about this company, I had some flooding the night I moved into my home around 10 pm on a Saturday and was definitely panicking since this if my first experience with flooding but Mike got on the phone with me and answered my million questions and helped put my mind at ease. He had Star and Heather out before midnight to set up fans and dehumidifiers, and they were extremely friendly and efficient in setting everything up even though they were out late into the night. I had a flight planned to leave the following Tuesday and so they made extra trips out to check the progress and adjust fans to help me make it out in time. Both Mike and Ryan were very responsive and courteous, and transparent with the process and cost involved. Another thing that stood out to me was their high level of accountability, The day after the flooding I noticed a scratch on my refrigerator, I wasn't sure if it was from them or not and I brought it up to them (the fridge was brand new). Ryan told me he would speak with his team and get back to me, though from past experience with other companies I wasn't expecting to hear anything back. Because of this, I had decided not to press the issue because I couldn't prove that it was them and most companies I've worked with in the past would try and brush something like this off and I didn't want to go through the process of fighting for compensation. After I came back into town and was getting them the check, Ryan brought it up to me again and apologized saying they wanted to make things right and not sweep it under the rug. That blew me away! I still opted not to take any compensation, they definitely earned every dollar from me along with life loyalty and I'd recommend them to anyone who is fortunate enough to be in their range of service. We were so impressed with this company. We had a main water line break in our basement on New Years Eve and even though it was a holiday, they were quick to respond and worked early into the morning to help us get the water cleaned up. They were easy to communicate with and made the process of filing a claim with our insurance company so easy! Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

We had a flood that included sewage water. When it happened, I did not know what to do and I called Mike with 24 hr Flood Response. He and his team were onsite that day and immediately started with cleaning up the damage and cleared the way so the plumber could quickly fix the issue as well. They were very knowledgeable and helped me understand how my insurance would process the claim. They were very well connected and were able to refer me to people that could fix the plumbing issue and also contractors that repair the damage. I would highly recommend 24 hr Flood Response due to their responsiveness, knowledge, and ease in working with them.
