    Steer clear from this shady company!!! i purchased a water softener and RO system and my installation company refers to this "total water" for service, they came to do service on the RO system and quoted a price and then when they came over they tripled the price and took advantage of my wife and said that i approved the price increase, they made my wife pay the higher price and told them that i approved that increase ! this company is shady i called the owner and demanded a refund and he was upset and called my wife clueless and her fault for accepting the price instead of calling me, this company is really unprofessional and sharks taking advantage of homeowners, the owner tony refunded half of my money since i was upset and told me good luck finding a less shady company like his, he said this is normal in his industry to upsell and take advantage of owners he said this is how they make a living upselling and doing unnecessary maintenance , STEER CLEAR FROM THIS ONWER AND COMPANY DONT CONTACT THEM AND READ THE OTHER MOST RECENT REVIEWS , ALSO DONT EVEN PAY ATTENTION TO HIS RESPONSE TRYING TO SAVE FACE FOR HIS SHADY COMPANY

    I have been doing business with Total Water for years. The last service on my RO Service completely changed my feeling towards them. They called to set up the normal yearly service, at that time I told her they could do the RO Filter but I had a new Water Softener from another company. When their Technician arrived he informed me that because of the filter housing they replace last year, I need a new Manifold because if it the housing get over tighten they crack. The cost was $130 he also said they required me to have a Water Leak Detector for another $30. He also told me that I really need to change the membrane for another $130. After he finished with the RO unit he told me he had to go see my Water Softener for their records. I told him the make but he said he still had to see it. It's sad when you plan so much for the repair to have it double by the time they leave and feeling like you just bought a very used car.

    We have been using total water for almost 7 years now. My husband bought a gallon water bottle so he can take our home water to work. He wont drink anything else. Sherry is so sweet, and the technicians ( usually Wayne) have done a good job taking care of our system. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    I wish I could give this company 10 stars, seriously. I know that this review will be a little lengthy, but if you are here looking up reviews, then obviously, you want to know more about this company. I never thought I would ever want a water softener; you know the bad things you hear about them such as the taste and slippery feel after a shower etc. Maybe many years ago, it was like that? I dont know. About 11 months ago we moved from the city to the country. I had never had well water before but it seemed fine. But after a wet winter and spring and then a dry summer, the well was soaking up some pretty disgusting, smelly stuff that our Nuvo system couldnt filter out. I contacted our plumber and he changed out the carbon system and that helped for a few days. He recommended to us to have Total Water LLC come out and test our water. He highly recommended their systems. Tony, the owner of Total Water, came out and tested our water and we found that the water was pretty bad. But we already knew that. The next week Tony and Paul came out and spent the whole day setting up the water softener system. Unfortunately, the man who built the house had some DIY plumbing to it, and it was plumbed incorrectly and we would need a plumber to come out and figure it out. I knew at this time Total Water was losing money on us as a two-hour job already turned into eight plus hours. But Tony did not complain and came back two days later with the plumber and worked with him for over four hours to get clean water flowing to the whole house. Clean water was my priority and I got that. But I still wondered about the downsides to soft water. After showering, I find that my skin does not feel slippery, but rather it feels hydrated. I had heard that it takes time to get used to the water in a reverse osmosis system, but my husband and I, found that we liked the water the first time we drank it. The first time I handwashed a load of dishes, I used about half the amount I used to and found that was still too much. We use less soap, detergents and shampoo. We are enjoying clean, soft water. The only regret we have is that we didnt get this system set up when we first moved in. And as far as this particular company, Tony the owner, had to travel over a hundred miles each way to our house, several times to get it all set up. He treated us like he really cared about us and he went out of his way to make sure everything was set up the best way possible for us. Thanks so much to Tony and all the friendly staff at Total Water LLC.

    The home we purchased about 1.5 year ago had a filtration system from Total Water. After experiencing decreasing water flow, I reached out to Total Water LLC regarding replacement filters or possible servicing. To be clear, I called and left several voicemails. I'm not sure what the delay was on their part, but responsiveness to calls didn't seem to be priority for them. The result of my initial interactions was a service visit. The appointment was scheduled for 10am and I even had a reminder call the business day prior. For some reason the technician didn't arrive until nearly 11am. I was then informed my filtration system was outdated even though I had explained as much as possible via email including pictures. The original estimate via email was between $180 and $225. With the technician at my home, he claimed the service was more like $450 and proceeded to advise me on a full system replace for $550, claiming that was actually discounted from their normal pricing of $750. Overall, I'm not entirely pleased with Total Water LLC.
