Zales

I just drove from Salt Lake to Park City to go to Zales to get my ring cleaned and inspected ( we purchased my wedding ring with the lifetime diamond commitment), just to find out that they are not there any more. This is a joke they should at least contact people who have purchased the extras so maybe they could get reimbursed.

Horrible horrible customer service. Bought a wedding band for my husband, over 500$ 3 months married and it's cracked. And they are not willing to fix it without a huge payment. Do not buy here! Crappy rings!

I got a ring from them back in 2012 which they said if in the future with the warenty that I purchased i could always come back and trade it for something a bit nicer that is worth at least 2X the originals value. Well i just tried to do just that and got shot down completly. No trade in is possible on my particular ring. Thanks for nothing. Glad i only blew a little bit of money back then and i wont think about it again in the future. Lost customer for life.
