Don’t listen to the nice reviews, probably just some people who were paid to say them. I ordered some earrings here for my moms Christmas present and the sales lady said that they were sterling sliver earrings, but my mom has an allergy to nickel and impure metals. When she put them on, her ear started to flare up and itch. The earrings are definitely not pure, or at least not 92.5% silver. But what makes me the most mad is how dishonest the staff were. They didn’t tell me it was a final sale until after the sale was completed, which made me suspicious. These people are only in it for the money and they do not sell quality or good products. I would not recommend buying from here or any branch of this store. I won’t be buying from here again.

Do you enjoy unethical business practices and getting sold fake sterling silver? Then this is the place for you! Bought some “sterling silver” earrings from Schumacher Jewelers for a friend who has a sensitivity to metals, and after only 5 minutes after they were put on, there was discomfort and pain and her ears immediately became swollen due to the “sterling silver” earrings. After deciding to immediately return the earrings due to the lack of authenticity, I noticed on the receipt a convenient statement saying “All sales are final” of which was never disclosed to me during the selling process. How about trying to finalize a good and ethical sale?!? Go buy your jewelry from a trustworthy business such as Fred Myers. Until I receive a refund for these, I would rate this business at a solid 0.

I didn't know the name of the place till a week latter when it charged me. The items are nice and the warranty is through a 3 party so i know my things are safe

Dont waste your time at this BS place. I'd give them -5 star if I could. I bought a ring in the first week of August being told it would be ready to pick up in 2 to 3 weeks. Well stories were told of why they hadn't got my ring back for about 2.5 months then they just ignore you're calls and never get back to you. If you go in the store there is, "nothing we can do about it". They tell you everything you want to hear to get he sale and once you sign that paper it's over. They dont care about you or the ring anymore. After 3 months I wanted my money back since I hadn't got the ring. Well in tiny letters it says, " all sales final no return or exchange" which they never mention to you. All in all worst place ever to look for jewelry. Dont trust anything they say about it. Make sure you do your homework and call them out on all their "fine jewelry" if you have months to spare waiting for a ring.
