use to love this place. recently moved. no location in san francisco. wanted to cancel. they wanna charge $100 for that. not happy

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews for this location. I've been coming here for 5 years, even when it wasn't the closest or most convenient location. Fact is its not the cheapest gym in the valley, however it is the biggest, has the best equipment, its 24 hours, and its right between UVU and BYU. If you're not serious about working out or afraid to invest in your commitment, Planet Fitness is probably for you. But if you want a clean, high energy gym, that you won't out grow..I recommend this location

Has Gold's Gym really never read the reviews that people leave about their gym? I think they win the award for worst business! Stop stealing my money!

This gym is actually pretty good. I give it 1 star because of the staff. They are only looking for commission.. I took a friend in to sign up for 10 dollars a month and I went and started running on the treadmill s while he was signing up. Well, turns out they don't do that at this gym, according to the guy he talked to, and he charged him $10 for a day pass! When he knew he came with me and I could have used a guest pass, or given him a free trial day.. Good gym ran by a bunch of dude-bros.

Very deceitful and dishonest. It is a shame how they treat their customers.
