When I showed up for my appointment they told me it would be 20-25 minute wait, not what I had planned on. I opted to wait to give them a fair chance. 15 minutes later I was able to start my consultation. Michelle seemed friendly enough and very flattering but seemed to run from a script. She couldn’t really answer my questions about how my teeth would be fixed and that the team of dentists and orthodontists would email. It seems like if you just want to have straight-er teeth this is an option. Going to a standard orthodontist If you have major issues is the better choice. But for my minor problems this could be an option. They girls tried to answer my questions as best they could without promising anything. Michelle really wanted me to pay now and I was uncomfortable doing that and she finally backed off. I’m sure it’s how she was trained to be. Overall I learned more and knowledge is good
