Always love Smash Burger. One of my husband and my favorite spots to go to. Good food and this past time we went our food came so incredibly fast!

Cashier was very rude. I tried ordering a double burger but wanted black bean patties instead of beef. She looked at me like I was dumb and said I should've just ordered the "double black bean burger" instead... Was very rude about it and then treated the rest of my party the same way. Then was upset that we dined in 1 hour before they closed....

Well, that was disappointing. I'm currently in the drive-thru at dairy Queen to get ice cream, because when I went to smashburger to get ice cream it literally took the girl 25 minutes to make a shake. By the time it got to me it was no longer a shake. It was strawberry milk. I want my money back because for $6 I expected better. Gordon Ramsay would have lots of things to say were he in my shoes
