Village Inn

We went on Saturday October 12. We were five with three kids. Our sever was very rude and heartless. On the kids menus and the adult menus there was the cheap minute maid lemone aid. The server keep insiting that there were no refills on that lemons aid even though it clearly said on each one that there was. I showed her this on the kids menu and she made the excuse that the rule had changed. Later my youngest daughter found a long blond hair in her pancakes. When we showed the sever and told her what happened she had the attitude that she was insulated that we even dared to complain. We explained that there was no way that it could be ours because none of us had blond hair. She asked how would we like to solve the problem. When my wife said I dobt know she continued to repeat it very angry. She said she had to talk to her manager and would be back she then stomped off. She came back and said that either we could have new pancakes for her or get 2 dollors off the price. My wife tryed to talk to her about it and she then repeated very angrily again how would we like to solve the problem we said that we would take the 2 dollars off because she already ate so much of the food. Needless to say we will never go back and we will instead chose Denny's. Or severs name was Taylor and we were there October 12 2019 around 8:30 pm

We waited an hour to get our drinks. The waiter was clearly on drugs & completely forgot about my table. I watched ppl that were seated after me, eat & leave. Until I finally approached the manager. I got a free coffee but left with an empty stomach.

Bad service waiter Jordan. She informed us that iced coffee were no longer free refills. Had to request a new menu to show her where its advertised that they are. Then she refused to add the Carmel to my ice coffee refills. The store manager who I thought was a nice guy took off the drink but then forgot to take off the free kids meals. After paying I went back because the price didnt add up. Original price $34 minus $2 drink is $32. Now minus $5 for a kids meal is $28. Then minus $5 more for second kids meal. That's $23. I still got charged $28. Was to annoyed to go back for $5. I wont go to this village inn again. Very poor service during slow business. 5 table being served while I was there. No new people came in by the time I left.

Do not go here!! Terrible coustomer service! Food is low quality and will take a whole day to eat here. Please for the sake of your happiness avoid this place!
