Parts is garbage, paid 75$ for a part that "I had to buy the nuts separately". Went to O'Reilly's found the same piece withs all the nuts and screws for only 21$. Returned the part, paid a restocking fee told me to wait for a check on the mail, and now they giving ne the run-around to get my money back. Bunch of crooks if you ask me...

Was invited to come in as a past buyer and take advantage of year end deals for 2015. Made an appt and the sales person no showed me. The replacement sales person was a rookie and didn't know much. The sales manager was not helpful and tried to make me believe that a $1200 discount was all they could do on a CX-5. I walked out after we worked numbers for a minute. It was clear that they were not willing to deal. I went to Bountiful Mazda and they offered me huge savings compared to Free Way Mazda. Not going back to Free Way Mazda.

The whole buying experience was fantastic, from the test drive to the price negotiations to getting approved. Thank you Bailey for making the whole experience smooth, I love my new car!

Mazda's are awesome! My first brand new Mazda 3 GTS love it! This dealer sucks though, two years every face I knew changed 3 times, 2 years later and my car still is not fixed, every service person (3-4) dropped the ball never called me back or the tech messed my paint up! Now today they closing their doors and plowing it all under no wonder why. (Still left with problems and Cutrubus left washes their hands of me).
