LOOOOVE!!! love this place ❤️❤️❤️ its totally fine that their aren't many toppings, the ice cream is perfect without it! covid is a valid excuse because times are hard. i am understanding of that unlike some people. workers are kind and patient. will forever love subzero ogden ❤️☺️

Loved the ice cream! Employees where working their hardest during the rush and got everyone through even being understaffed.

Used to love coming here. So tired of everyone having a covid excuse. There is never an excuse for service and, treating people kind.
The kids working, are very rude. Trying to talk the guy rolls his eyes the girl never even acknowledge anything said.
Besides the service, they have no topping the simplest thing as a chocolate chip,Oreos,gummy bears all out of stock and they said covid.
Target, Walmart anywhere has that.
All said and done I would not recommend wasting your time, it’s your basic franchise that the owner whomever it is doesn’t take into account of taking care of his or her place.

We came last Saturday and the line was out the door. The employee deserves 5 stars because they were short staffed and she kept her cool. Management or whoever is in charge deserves less than 1 star. How is there 1 employee on the weekend? And half of the toppings or mix-ins were out. This used to be my favorite spot but somethings need to change.
