Great atmosphere and the only place that I will go to get my haircut. I've been going to Lacey for 3 years and have not changed my stylist since. Never dissatisfied with my haircuts.

I love this place!! Drove by for years and wondered if would be any good, finally went in when I wasn't exactly happy with my previous hair stylist and I must say I am impressed! I love the atmosphere inside and the stylists are all great. Highly recommended!!

After years of being unable to find a stylist in the Ogden/SLC area I found Elicia and walked out with a perfect cut and color from her for three years despite my naturally curly hair and habit to change every 8 weeks to a new color and style. You won't get the cookie cutter "Utah look" here, I've gotten compliments on her work from LA to DC and think Bela is the best place in the state for quality of work, as well as atmosphere and reasonable prices. I'm currently trying to find a stylist that's even close to her for twice the cost since I've relocated to the east coast. Also, Wildcats, she at least used to offer a discount to students so make sure to check!

Finally someone that understands my hair! I called and they scheduled me with Danny (Daniel) and was able to get me in faster then I was expecting. I felt comfortable with her cutting my hair and it turned out great! She did an amazing job and knew what she was doing. I will for sure be back and I highly recommend her to everyone.

Very friendly staff, but overly noisy and at times it seems more like a location for people to hang out and gossip than a professional business. Cut and color results from Elicia (owner) aren't very great. Cut looks fantastic when you walk out, but the next day if its not parted in exactly the same location, you have a scraggly mess that looks like it was hacked on with kitchen scissors. Color, well what can I say, not happy, and the owner was more than happy to try and fix it free of charge, but still looks horrible.
