I walked in and said "Hi" and was greeted with a very rude, "I'll be with you in a moment". Okay, no problem, I get it, they were busy. After about 10 minutes of glares from the two young ladies working they take our order. It usually takes a while for the drinks to be made, during which time I browse the books nearby. This time was no different, only today they made the drinks in record breaking time, and when they called the order, my daughter was standing there and she hears "white mocha with coconut and whatever else you ordered". She tells the young woman that she needs to grab me to pay, and she's met with a scowl and eye rolls. No big deal, whatever. But the coffee was so disgusting that we didn't even finish it.

I absolutely love hardback Cafe it's always delicious! I haven't been in years and the flavors are absolutely amazing, customer service is always phenomenal! It's the same drinks as if hastings was the same store. Would recommend trying! Food : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 5/5 More
