Working with this company could probably be the worst idea you could make for yourself as a small business owner. I was charged astronomical fees randomly (over 120 dollars randomly for some reason or another, which I had no idea about until I talked to a rude customer service agent). I decided to start using the square and jumped through all the hoops and sent all the required faxes (confirmed as received)to close my account once and for all to still have my account stripped monthly of fees because they claimed I didn't close it. I hate Eliot Management Group. Run fast and find another provider.
