Walked in as a potential customer to see if a Pole Barn would be a good option for me. All they could tell me is "if it's not level we can't do it!" And they told me I don't know how to pull a permit. Class acts over there.

From the first phone call I should have known this project and build of our shop was going to be fun. I reached out to Brett, the first thing he said was you know these arent cheap to build right? Well buddy I wouldnt be calling if I didnt have the money. I feel like thats because I was a female who called and inquired. Then comes many different parts and people to get it going and designs sent in. I do believe my better half played some part of this and didnt communicate as should have. Then comes the build of the shop. My better half is a construction worker and understands blue prints and layouts more than I do. Although I was paying for the project I left him in charge of creating the image and getting the build going. I did ask they directly bill me. Well once again they didnt pull through and all the bills went to my better half. Leaving him to forward them to me. This is even after emailing and asking Norm and Quin to send them to me personally. No response after I emailed and asked them. Then we begin with the build and process. As they brought in the Skid Steer and the porta potty for employees. Both tearing ruts in the backyard. We have asked several times for them to be fixed and the yard put back into place as it was before they started project. Emails and or conversations with Quin and promises made to come out and take care of it still havent happened. We have also asked for a walk through as there are portions of the roof not complete. Now we have water coming through and photos have been sent. With no response from Quin again the project manager. Dont get me wrong the shop looks great. But when you pay the money you do for a building you want it to be completed as expected just like a house. There will be valuables stored in this building and it should be free from harm in a new building. It would be nice to get the response and the quality of what we have paid for. Or even a considerate response and walk thru if the project from the project manager. The communication from management has been less than expected. Photos have been sent and again no desire to make it right. Such a beautiful shop but with less than quality in the build. They still owe us road base around it as paid for and promised. As well as the puddles that have leaked in a 2 month old build should be fixed to what was paid for and promised. No one should ever have to fight for 2-3 months to get what was paid for and promised. If it was a house it wouldnt be tolerated.

Ezra, sorry that you had that experience. You definitely have a unique situation with a pre-poured concrete slab. We offered a couple different options to you for that slab so we are sorry you did not want to do those options. As the leader of Post Frame construction for over 20 years in Utah and the Intermountain area, we can ensure you that we can help you with your project. We wish you the best of luck with your future building endeavors.
