Top Tier Distribution

There has been multiple times that I have used this UPS store. Most of the times, I just have to drop packages off; this store works well with that. However, when you actually need to work with them in making the shipping arrangements they act like it is a huge burden. None of the sales associates are very friendly. Even the owner (whom I have met long ago) struggles a little bit with customer friendly issues. I only use this store because it is close by...now I am going to find another one to use when I really need to actually work with the associates. I am tired of being treated rude.

Thanks for being helpful during the stressful holidays! Your employees are always so good even when KAREN stops by. Please pay them enough to stick around. They all are awesome.

Unfriendly. Charge for every little thing including the air you breath in their shop ..avoid at all cost.. Blamed my printer ...both employees were condescending....blaming me and my printer....took to ups on 12th and wall Ave ...was there 20 seconds...greeted with a smile ...my supposed print job worked perfectly title on the scan ...from here on ill drive the extra half mile to 12th and wall....

Walked in, got to the counter and the girl working said the guy behind me was first?!? How did she know I didn’t just have a quick question she could have answered- I didn’t have a package with me so that would have been my logical guess. The guy walked in at the same time as me but had to fill in a label or something first, just not friendly atmosphere for sure

This store is conviently located in North Ogden for dropping off Amazon returns. Unfortunately they do not offer other UPS options like Simple Rate. They told me there was no such thing. I left and did a bit more research and went back and showed them the UPS web site explaining Simple Rate. They tried to tell me I needed an account but I showed them I didn't. They came up with other excused why I couldn't use Simple Rate and I showed them where the UPS web site showed they were wrong. Finally they just said they don't offer it and only the main hub offers it (remember they didn't even know it existed so how do they know the main hub offers it). I will continue to drop off returns at this location but without the ability to use Simple Rate, shipping from this location is just too expensive (my package would have been over $50 to ship through UPS but was only $22 to ship through USPS and would have been $22 if I could have used Simple Rate).
