Rocky Mountain Artificial Limb and Brace

I have been on a pretty rough path over the last few years. I was told I needed a brace for my 4th surgery, after calling SO MANY different places I found Ricky Mountain Limb and Brace. There were some complications the day of my appointment, this poor staff watched me just fall apart. They were all so WONDERFUL! Not only did they not make me feel bad about falling apart and sobbing in their office, they listened, and they went above and beyond to help me find a way to make it work. It is so hard to find good customer service or anyone who will do the minimum aspects of their job, let alone going the extra mile. This staff went above and beyond going the extra mile. Their kindness and compassion and willingness to help is flat out amazing! Thank you all!

My wife lost her lower leg to the complications of diabetes. She had been wheelchair bound for months when we were referred to Rocky Mountain Limb & Brace. The front desk people are kind and accommodating! Greg Duncan explained the treatment plan and told my wife she would be walking again. He was amazingly patient with fitting her and insuring she would have the best prosthesis for her situation. She now walking and more independent than she’s been in years thanks to Rocky Mountain Limb and Brace.

The VA arrange the visit for me. This saved me from having to drive an hour and a half to the George E Wahlen Medical Center. The people at Rocky Mountain Artificial Limb were very kind and welcoming.

Greg and his staff have provided excellent service. Greg is very knowledgeable and determined to provide the best solution for my care. He is the man to see if you need an artificial limb or brace.

My baby had to have a helmet to correct the shape of his head. These guys have been amazing. Wait times are minimal, they explain everything clearly and let me see how the process works from start to finish. They are great to answer questions on the phone and they are super nice and friendly. Too many offices now have workers that can’t be bothered to provide decent service, and make you feel like an inconvenience. These guys do what they can to make the experience great and make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend their office.
