I just had eye surgery today. This was the very best place for it because of the people. From the check in, to the pre op nurse, Patti, to the OR nurse, anesthesiologist, Dr Charles Hill, and surgeon, Dr. Corey, I felt I had the best care. They were kind and obviously great at what they do. I should have felt stressed going in, but I didnt. They truly took exceptional care of my needs. Thank you so much.

I had my first surgery ever here at ISC and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the calls pre-surgery, to prep, to post-op everyone was so incredibly helpful, communicated wonderfully, answered all my questions, and truly put my mind at ease. Even the post surgery card from the staff that helped me that day was a great surprise! Super grateful for everyone I interacted with and for making the entire experience a good one.

On top of my 3 year old having surgery 5 times in 4 months and hitting our out of pocket max by April, now we also have to deal with the stress of Intermountain having no record of an almost $3000 payment we made at this location. After sending in a credit card statement and being told it would take no longer than 35 days to take care of we were told at the end of that time that they're so behind they need up to 60 days to research our one transaction. (Why are their patients having so many billing issues?) If you have a choice, go somewhere else where they have their financial affairs in order.

There are a couple good doctors at IMC but for the most part they are all awful. I was in there yesterday for hysterectomy. First of all they told me they expect three hours of surgery and then seven hours of recovery to get my pain under control.I had a wonderful pre-op nurse but my good ended about there. She guaranteed I wouldnt be released from the hospital until my pain was manageable- about a 4. That is why I would be in recovery so long. When I came back from surgery she was gone and there was a new post-op nurse who was AWFUL! Refused to go get any nurse to help me and then after an hour of recovery said there nothing else she could do for me even thought my pain was still an 8. Ive now been home for 16 hours throwing up after a hysterectomy because the outpatients staff at IMC BULDING 5 is so imcompetent. I currently have six different specialty doctors I see at Intermountain facilities and I will be fighting new doctors for all of those specialties at other facilities. I am also headed to the emergency room at Saint Marks so hopefully they can help me out - especially when Intermountain just kicks me out on the curb, in pain and after surgery.
