I took three of my teenage kids plus a friend to Summerhays to do some research on instruments they play for both school and for fun. I was really impressed at the level of customer service we received. The employees were all very friendly and knowledgeable. We didnt feel like we were inconveniencing anyone as my musicians asked questions and tried out different instruments and accessories. From guitars, basses and piano to trumpet and saxophone, all the employees were very patient and enthusiastic. Special shout out to Peter - my saxophone playing son especially kept him running around the store for quite a while. I also appreciated a comfortable spot to sit while the kids were enjoying themselves. I would highly recommend Summerhays to everyone.

Summerhays is AWESOME! I've had 5 kids with musical instruments over the years, and they've done great repairing the instruments when needed, and helped our daughter with her purchase of a Trevor James flute that she had saved up for. Similarly, while waiting for our son's saxophone to be re-corked the other day, they let him "test drive" a couple of really nice instruments. He said it was the best day ever.

The staff were very helpful. They let me play test many different saxophones when I was searching for one to buy. They were also able to give good advice based on their knowledge of the instruments.

We can't speak about every aspect of the store, but as far as when we've needed emergency help with our violin, someone is always available to help! We're so thankful!
