This is the most untrustworthy office in Utah. Do not go here. A place can only be as good as the person who runs it. Step it up~ I won't be setting up a policy based on your treatment to your customers. Anywhere else but here.

Dont use Geico for your auto insurance company. I have been with Geico for over 15 years and I got into my first accident a few months ago. I figured my car was safe enough to drive to the dealer and save a very expense tow truck expense. When I finally pulled into the auto bay, the service advisor said you have serious engine damage. After I talked to my Geico claims adjuster I believe his name was Travis Jackson he said my car repair would have to be done at Caliber Collision. I complained that Caliber Collision is an auto body repair shop and they dont work on car engines. Then Travis said if I wanted the dealer to fix my car then I would have to pay the extra expense out of my pocket which I wasnt willing to do. After several weeks Caliber Collusion finally determined that they couldnt repair the engine damage and I would need a whole new engine replacement which they dont do and they would have to refer it out to a real mechanic repair shop. This took several more weeks. My Geico Insurance policy only allows for rental reimbursement coverage for only 30 days. It took over 2 months to finally repair my car. When I turned my rental car back to Enterprise rental car they charged me about an extra $500 that I had to pay. I called Travis and I said this isnt right that I have to pay extra for my rental car expense when it was your fault that the repair took so long. He referred me to his manager and I knew he wasnt going to do anything and white washed the whole situation. Geico is morally obligated to reimburse me my $500
