Axe Arena SLC | Indoor Axe Throwing

Went here a few weeks ago in October & i’ve never gone so I thought it’d be fun! It was so much fun so I thought I’d go again for my birthday. That’s where I messed up. The employees were nice at first except the girl helping us smelt pretty badly of BO. I went with 3 other people so they made us share one area. We asked to get another one but they told us it’d be about $70 if I remember correctly. We all went in together because we wanted to be by each other. So theoretically we could’ve acted like we didn’t even know each other & get separate areas for regular price. Then we asked for one set of throwing knives. They gave us “4 sets” we recieved 2 cards, 3 knives & 4 ninja stars. We only need one set because they’re argument for charging us all $5 extra dollars each & if we only got ONE ACTUAL set they’d still charge us ALL the extra $5. so if YOU ALONE decide to upgrade get ready for everyone to pay the extra $5. When we asked about it the guy employee was very passive aggressive & not professional at all & kept making my friends & I repeat ourselves & laughing with his arguments. I drove the extra 15 minutes because I’ve heard good stuff about this specific location. I’ll gladly never come here or recommend this place. This was the best way to ruin a birthday. Thank you!

The employee who helped us was so annoying. Bro, we paid you to play in the lane, not for you to play with us. He kept joining in on our groups conversation, I would have enjoyed the place much better if he wasn't peeping over our shoulders.
