ProCare Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

They caused damage to the walls and corners in almost every room they cleaned. Contacted them multiple times but they refuse to take responsibility after more than a month. I recommend using another company that will take better care while cleaning your home or business.

We've been trying to get a hold of them for the last 6 weeks after they caused thousands of dollars of damage to our baseboards in a commercial building. Would love to have them reach out to get it resolved.

Used to get an allergy attack almost every day when I came home. One visit from these guys solved that and I haven't had one in the house since! They got almost all spots removed and one place that was almost all black looks like new.

I had procare clean the whole house. Toal $170. Carpet looked clean when he left but as it dried brown wicking spots appeared. (See pic 1) I called and they sent another tech to remove. Again looked clean but as it dried, now there are brown wicking streaks different from the 1st. (See pic 2) I see now I am going to have to call a better company to remove. The receptionist told me to use vinegar to remove. I shouldn't have to try to remove the wicking. i should have read the reviews here and stuck with a better company, rather than using an unknown because of a coupon. Huge waist of money.

Disappointed, I was in a pinch and my normal carpet cleaning company couldn’t come to get the carpet cleaned before a tenant moved in, got one of their mailers offering $159 carpet cleaning. Thought I would give then a try, they did show up on time, but after cleaning the carpets the house smelled worse than before, felt like they did nickel and dime on the stairs and the one additional room I had them clean. All in the $159 special ended up costing me over $230. Lesson learned, and I don’t think I’ll be using them on any of our other rentals.
