We have used these guys a couple of times now for trips and their staff is awesome! They took such good care of us and our group. Shipley is awesome! She made it a fun and amazing trip! We had a couple of people that weren't so sure about going down the river and the guides made them comfortable and made it fun. And the food on the trip was 5 star as well. Thanks for making our trip so memorable.

Omggggg we came here for girls camp and we had so much fun!!! The guides were AMAZING. Kira, Joseph (I actually found out he’s my 3rd cousin on the first day there!!) and Megan were so awesome and so fun to be with. They were so nice and made sure we were all happy and having fun! They even provided food for us, breakfast lunch dinner and dessert, which is so insanely nice!!! Unfortunately it was cloudy so I couldn’t see any stars, and the first campsite was ant infested!! But what truly matters is the experience on the river with friends! I’ll definitely come again!!! So much love to you all at WWRE 💕💖💕💖💕

I am shocked by all the positive reviews. We took a large group of young women and had quite a different experience. First off, I understand that we are camping in a desert and a barren one at that. So, the oppressive heat and scary lack of foliage is understandable. Secondly, I understand that the river and its water are only as good as they are. There are really NO rapids of merit and there may be more mud than water. Thirdly, maybe the staff was as good as could be, considering the accommodations and surroundings. Now, here are some of the problems we experienced...all food was to be supplied and was included in the price. That should be specified as very basic sustenance. Walking 100 plus people through a cold-cut sandwich line as they serve themselves, WITH THEIR HANDS, from a community tray is nothing short of disgusting and disappointing. Also, quite frankly, the amount and variety was hugely lacking. Unfortunately we had to go to town to get some food, treats and fluids to keep us going. Which brings me to the biggest problem...WATER! There is no fresh water access at the campground and you are at the mercy of the staff for your drinking water. By the second day we were told that we were using too much and needed to ration the tepid water that they allotted us. UNACCEPTABLE! It's the desert, it's hot, we paid a lot of money...GIVE US WATER! The water we did get was warm and no ice was provided. By the start of day three it seemed like everyone, without exception, was excited to leave. Simply, for the amount we spent, I would expect much more.
