Wait time was non existent, you would thing they would wait on you hand and foot with how casual it is on a Sunday. Sat at a table for more than 10 minutes before we were greeted by our waiter who simply said “hello...” and waited to take our order. No “may I take your order” or “what can I get ya”. Asked for French toast-“we’re out” ok then I’ll take a coffee to go please...5 minutes later and no coffee. Do not recommend

We were looking for a place to eat while we were visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Park. We pretty much went through all the restaurants on Yelp and we decided this place looked the most appetizing and the most healthy. Our first time visiting Downtown Moab and we were quite impressed with the breakfast we had the first day here. Mind you, we ended up having our last meal here as well! :) Breakfast Visit: We had: Lox Bagel: Salmon, cream cheese, capers, tomatoes and capers Quinoa Breakfast bowl: quinoa served cold or hot (we got cold), walnuts, cranberries Sprouted Bagel: Cream cheese and greens (we got pretty basic things, but they were all good.) Drinks: Green Monster - needed my dosage of some greenery to prep me for a couple of long hikes we were going to do. Dinner Visit: Appetizer: Spinach Artichoke Dip with Pita Bread - yummy yummy get in my tummy! Fettucine Alfredo Add chicken: It was perfect. We had some pita bread left so I used it to soak up the sauce. Peanut Butter Wrap: Okay, I was a bit hesitant, BUT DAMN this was good! Maybe a little less on the Peanut Butter though Pasta Primavera: It was good as well! The serving along with the Fettucine Alfredo was a good amount. You can easily split it with a friend. Special thanks to our server who had to deal with us not once but twice! Edgar, thank you for being attentive, knowledgable on the menu and just an overall excellent server. It was a pleasure chatting with you and we all wish you well in future endeavors!

Can I say plate for scale? The smothered burrito with chorizo was excellent. The chorizo is not true Mexican chorizo, but it still had good flavor. The sauce was my favorite part of the burrito. I wish it came with a bit more sauce because the burrito was huge. I also got a pancake on the side. The pancake tasted like it was made out of cake dough! It was sweet I didn’t even have to use that much syrup!
