I ordered, and placed a $600 deposit, on a bed on April 8, 2022 from the 950 E Ft Union, Midvale Utah location. I cancelled that order shortly afterwards because I learned that I owed a significant amount of money in taxes. I was promised a refund of that deposit within 8-10 days. Its now May 11th and no return of my $600. I have lots of texts containing excuses (a new point of sales system, et). It isnt that hard- I made a deposit, they acknowledge my deposit. I cancelled my order, which they allowed me to do. They told me I would receive a refund of my $600. I still dont have it- over a month later.

I called mattress firm and I talk to a manager name Rory that runs a few locations. He is very good at what he does and he has excellent customer service. A lot of people can learn from Rory. He was very quick a very efficient to my needs he knew exactly what I was talking about he was very knowledgeable on all the products and pricing. He was very easy-going when it came to what I needed and he helped me pick out and choose a mattress that fit my needs. Everything he said added up to what it was and I definitely would recommend talking to Rory moving forward just a great customer service that he has thank you very so much for helping me
