I've used SE Nedhams for many years but over the year or so it seems like quality of service has gone down hill. I've taken my wedding ring in for years to get cleaned. In Aug, I took it in to be cleaned prior to leaving on a trip. I picked up my ring about a week before leaving. When I got home, I realized one of the small diamonds had fallen out. I return the next day to have them replace the missing diamond. I then picked up my ring the day prior to leaving. While in the airport, I noticed that the same diamond was missing once again. When I got to my destination, I called SE Nedhams and let them know. They wanted to charge me again to replace the diamond... After I returned from my vacation at the end of Sept, I dropped my ring off to be fixed once again. They didn't end up charging me for the 2nd replacement. My ring was good for about a month before the same diamond fell out again. This ring has over 110 small diamonds and I havent had issues with any of the others, mind you. This time I took my ring to a different business in town to have it fixed and haven't had an issue since.

We got the most beautiful ring, wedding band, and mens ring! Everything was so fast and everyone there was so helpful. Will was the best! He helped us go through all the rings to find my perfect one!
