I took my lawn mower to get looked at and I was so impressed. He was able to fix my issue and also, he cleaned my entire mower and under carriage and offered to deliver my mower back to me so I didn't have to borrow a truck to go and get it. My mower looked bran-new. I was so impressed and he charged me half what the competition did. Really impressed and wish more businesses had this kind of customer service and pride in their work.

If youre like me, youve experienced the pain of someone fixing something only to have the same issue few weeks later. Honestly, I was worried this would be the case if I went to a local repair person but after seeing the many happy customers Kyle has served, I decided to take a chance. All I can say is the decision to take a chance with Kyle paid off! The experience was quick, easy, stress free, and the quality of work was not sacrificed! My mower is running like new. He exceeded my expectations in the following categories. - Communication: He responded within minutes of my inquiry. He updated me throughout the process. Not once did I have to ask, Hey, can you give me an update? or When can I expect my mower to be back? He was on top of all that before I even had to ask. Very considerate! - Quality: As mentioned above, the issue is fixed. No repeat issues. With my mower broken for over a month, you can imagine the length and thickness of my lawn and the limits my mower was pushed to shortly after repair. It stood up to the challenge and continues to run strong! - Speed of repair: Im sure different equipment and issues will make the speed of repair different for every customer but for me, from the time I sent my first message and my mower being fixed, it was 2 days. I waited to write this review until my mower had a few hard working session under its belt. Im glad I waited over a month to leave this review because I can say with confidence that my mower went from smoking more than Snoop Dogg to running perfectly. No sign of a repeat issue. Dont trash your equipment unless you first give Kyle at Preferred Small Engine Service and Repair a chance to fix it!
