Don’t do business with this company I email canceling them and they keep on charging me.After I explained I lost my business do of coronavirus. They keep charging me don’t waste your time

I have been working with Nuvi in relation to various businesses since Fall 2020. There is definitely a learning curve with this platform, but the Nuvi Team is absolutely one of the best, most responsive teams I've worked with. I've recently learned how to generate my first report, with a lot of guidance, and it was surprisingly simple and an extremely effective way to really "wow" my clients and partners. I've noticed new updates pretty regularly, and always for the better (especially with easier user experiences). I'm looking forward to continuing to learn all the ways Nuvi is revolutionizing social media marketing.

We have been using the Nuvi suite of products at the Schulich School of Business at York University for a variety of different analytical purposes, both in social media and customer experience design related research and teaching contexts. It's been an invaluable resources for us. We also found the Nuvi team - especially Dan and Brian - to be extremely helpful and engaged.

I have been using this platform for analytics reporting for a while now, and I generate great data and results for clients. The team is very responsive and helpful with any questions I might have, and always checks in to let me know about any updates or new features. The monitors are organized, easy to label, and look very visually pleasing for our clients. Thank you to the staff for making it an easy and efficient tool for our social media listening.
